Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Recipe

I noticed that I have not shared any smoothie bowl recipes recently even though I have one almost every day. Today I was craving for something cold but different and decided to try this recipe. It tasted exactly like the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte from that American coffee shop chain, I could not believe it!

I think I will try this recipe’s porridge version during the winter season. It is definitely yummy and hearty! If you are interested yet, let’s get to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS (310Kcal):

  • 2 cups frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup frozen pumpkin cubes
  • 1/4 cup iced brew coffee
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

To serve with (optional):

  • Puffed quinoa
  • Vegan caramel biscuits
  • Almond flakes
  • Almond butter

1-)Add frozen banana and pumpkin slices into a strong food processor and blend it for a minute.

2-)Add iced brew coffee and dry ingredients into the processor and blend it until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

3-)Scoop into your favorite bowl and serve with recommended topics.

4-)Serve immediately.
